개인정보 처리방침

GRAVITY(대표 이범우, 이하 "회사")는 iPhone 앱 Sceneline(이하 "앱")을 운영하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다. 앱은 회원가입이 없고, 사진·영상·음성은 이용자의 기기 안에서만 처리합니다. 이 방침은 회사가 어떤 정보를 왜, 얼마나 처리하는지 알려 드립니다.

1. 회사가 받지 않는 정보

• 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 생년월일, 주소 등 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 받지 않습니다.
• 앱으로 찍은 사진·영상·소리, 한 줄 메모와 자막, 이야기 기록은 회사 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 모두 이용자의 iPhone 안에 저장됩니다.
• 위치 정보를 요청하지 않으며, 광고 식별자(IDFA)와 추적 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.
• 사진 보관함은 "추가만" 권한으로 저장만 하고, 이용자의 기존 사진을 읽지 않습니다.

2. 서버에서 처리하는 정보

앱이 이야기 틀과 필터 같은 콘텐츠를 받고 구매 상태를 확인하기 위해, 아래의 최소한의 정보만 회사 서버(Cloudflare)에서 처리합니다. 이 정보로는 이용자 개인을 알아볼 수 없습니다.

구매 알림에는 Apple ID, 이름, 결제 수단이 들어 있지 않으며 회사는 이를 받지 않습니다.

3. 기기 안에서만 쓰는 권한

• 카메라·마이크: 이야기의 칸을 채울 사진과 영상을 찍고 소리를 녹음합니다.
• 사진(추가만): 찍은 원본과 완성한 이야기를 사진 앱에 저장합니다.
• 음성 인식: 자막과 자막 초안을 기기 안에서만 만듭니다. 소리는 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
• Face ID: 앱 잠금을 켠 경우 iOS가 본인을 확인하며, 앱은 결과(성공·실패)만 받습니다.

권한은 언제든 iPhone 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.

4. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁

• 회사는 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
• 서버 운영을 Cloudflare, Inc.(미국)에 맡깁니다. 위 2항의 정보가 Cloudflare의 전 세계 데이터센터에서 처리될 수 있으며(국외 이전), 이전 목적과 보관 기간은 2항과 같습니다.
• 결제와 기기 확인은 Apple이 처리하며, Apple의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

• 기기에 저장된 이야기와 원본은 앱의 설정 → "모든 이야기 지우기"로 언제든 지울 수 있고, 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
• 서버의 정보 열람·삭제를 원하면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요. 서버 정보는 사람과 연결되지 않아, 요청 시 기기에서 확인 절차를 안내할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동

앱은 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 받지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 따로 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 안전을 위한 조치

• 기기 안의 원본 파일은 iOS 데이터 보호로 암호화되고, 설정은 키체인에 보관합니다.
• 서버와의 통신은 모두 암호화(HTTPS)되며, Apple App Attest로 정품 앱의 요청만 받습니다.
• 내려받는 콘텐츠는 회사의 전자 서명을 확인한 뒤에만 씁니다.

개인정보 침해에 대한 신고나 상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118)에도 할 수 있습니다.

9. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 앱 업데이트 안내로 알려 드립니다.

10. 미국 거주자를 위한 추가 안내

• 회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 맞춤형 광고를 위해 공유하지도 않습니다.
• 캘리포니아 등 미국 각 주의 개인정보 보호법에 따라 이용자는 회사가 처리하는 정보를 알 권리, 정정·삭제를 요청할 권리가 있으며, 권리를 행사했다는 이유로 차별받지 않습니다. 요청은 support@sceneline.app으로 보내 주세요.
• 앱은 이용자를 추적하지 않으므로, 브라우저나 기기의 추적 거부(Do Not Track) 신호와 관계없이 같은 방식으로 동작합니다.
• 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자가 연락하면 해당 정보를 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

11. 일본 거주자를 위한 추가 안내

• 이용 목적은 2항에 적은 것과 같습니다.
• 외국에 있는 제3자(처리 위탁): Cloudflare, Inc.(미국). 미국의 개인정보 보호 제도는 일본 개인정보보호위원회가 공개한 정보(ppc.go.jp)에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 회사는 Cloudflare와의 계약으로 위탁 목적 밖의 이용을 막고 있습니다.
• 회사는 이용자 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 보유하지 않으므로, 통상 일본 법의 "보유 개인 데이터"에 해당하는 정보는 없습니다. 그래도 공개·정정·이용 중지 등을 요청하면 법에 따라 응하며, 수수료는 받지 않습니다.
• 안전 관리 조치는 7항, 문의 창구는 8항과 같습니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective: October 31, 2026

GRAVITY (Representative: Lee Beomwoo) ("we") operates the iPhone app Sceneline (the "App") and complies with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable laws. The App has no account sign-up, and your photos, videos, and audio are processed only on your device. This policy explains what information we process, why, and to what extent.

1. Information We Do Not Receive

• We do not receive any information that can identify you, such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, or address.
• Photos, videos, and sounds you capture with the App, as well as one-line notes, captions, and story records, are never sent to our servers. All of them are stored on your iPhone.
• We do not request location information, and we do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) or any tracking tools.
• For your photo library, the App uses "Add Only" access to save items and does not read your existing photos.

2. Information Processed on Our Servers

So that the App can receive content such as story templates and filters and check your purchase status, we process only the minimum information below on our servers (Cloudflare). This information cannot be used to identify you personally.

Purchase notifications do not contain your Apple ID, name, or payment method, and we do not receive them.

3. Permissions Used Only on Your Device

• Camera and microphone: To take the photos and videos that fill the slots of a story and to record sound.
• Photos (Add Only): To save your original captures and finished stories to the Photos app.
• Speech recognition: To create captions and caption drafts entirely on your device. Audio never leaves your device.
• Face ID: If you turn on App Lock, iOS verifies your identity, and the App receives only the result (success or failure).

You can turn off any permission at any time in iPhone Settings.

4. Sharing with Third Parties and Outsourced Processing

• We do not provide or sell your information to third parties.
• We entrust server operations to Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). The information described in Section 2 may be processed in Cloudflare's data centers around the world (an international transfer); the purpose of the transfer and the retention periods are the same as in Section 2.
• Payments and device verification are handled by Apple, and Apple's privacy policy applies.

5. Your Rights

• You can delete the stories and originals stored on your device at any time via Settings → "Delete All Stories" in the App, and they are also deleted when you delete the App.
• If you would like to access or delete information on our servers, please contact us using the details below. Because server-side information is not linked to any person, we may guide you through a verification step on your device when you make a request.

6. Children

The App does not receive information that can identify individuals, and we do not separately collect personal information from children under 14.

7. Security Measures

• Original files on your device are encrypted with iOS Data Protection, and settings are stored in the Keychain.
• All communication with our servers is encrypted (HTTPS), and we accept requests only from the genuine App, verified with Apple App Attest.
• Downloaded content is used only after our digital signature has been verified.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will let you know on this page and through App update notes.

10. Additional Information for U.S. Residents

• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
• Under California and other U.S. state privacy laws, you have the right to know what information we process and to request correction or deletion, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Send requests to support@sceneline.app.
• The App does not track you, so it behaves the same regardless of any Do Not Track signal from your browser or device.
• The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian contacts us, we will delete such information without delay.

11. Additional Information for Residents of Japan

• The purposes of use are those listed in Section 2.
• Third party in a foreign country (outsourced processing): Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Information on the U.S. personal information protection system is available from Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission (ppc.go.jp). Our contract with Cloudflare prohibits use beyond the outsourced purpose.
• Because we hold no information that identifies you, we normally hold no "retained personal data" under Japanese law. We will still respond to requests for disclosure, correction, or suspension of use as the law requires, free of charge.
• Our security measures are described in Section 7 and our contact point in Section 8.

GRAVITY（代表：イ・ボムウ、以下「当社」）は、iPhoneアプリSceneline（以下「本アプリ」）を運営し、韓国の個人情報保護法その他の関係法令を遵守します。本アプリには会員登録がなく、写真・動画・音声はお客様のデバイス内でのみ処理します。本ポリシーでは、当社がどのような情報を、なぜ、どの範囲で処理するかをご説明します。

1. 当社が受け取らない情報

• 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、生年月日、住所など、お客様を識別できる情報は受け取りません。
• 本アプリで撮影した写真・動画・音、ひとことメモや字幕、ストーリーの記録は当社のサーバーに送信しません。すべてお客様のiPhone内に保存されます。
• 位置情報は求めず、広告識別子（IDFA）やトラッキングツールは使用しません。
• 写真ライブラリには「追加のみ」の権限で保存するだけで、お客様の既存の写真は読み取りません。

2. サーバーで処理する情報

本アプリがストーリーの型やフィルタなどのコンテンツを受け取り、購入状況を確認するために、以下の必要最小限の情報のみを当社のサーバー（Cloudflare）で処理します。これらの情報からお客様個人を識別することはできません。

購入通知にはApple ID、氏名、支払い方法は含まれず、当社がこれらを受け取ることはありません。

3. デバイス内でのみ使用する権限

• カメラ・マイク： ストーリーの各コマを埋める写真や動画を撮影し、音を録音します。
• 写真（追加のみ）： 撮影した元データと完成したストーリーを写真アプリに保存します。
• 音声認識： 字幕と字幕の下書きをデバイス内でのみ作成します。音声がデバイスの外に出ることはありません。
• Face ID： アプリロックをオンにした場合、iOSがご本人であることを確認し、本アプリは結果（成功・失敗）のみを受け取ります。

権限はいつでもiPhoneの設定でオフにできます。

4. 第三者提供と処理の委託

• 当社は、お客様の情報を第三者に提供または販売しません。
• サーバーの運営はCloudflare, Inc.（米国）に委託しています。上記第2項の情報は、Cloudflareの世界各地のデータセンターで処理される場合があり（国外移転）、移転の目的と保存期間は第2項と同じです。
• 決済とデバイス確認はAppleが処理し、Appleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

5. お客様の権利

• デバイスに保存されたストーリーと元データは、本アプリの設定 →「すべてのストーリーを削除」からいつでも削除でき、本アプリを削除した場合もあわせて削除されます。
• サーバー上の情報の閲覧・削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までご依頼ください。サーバー上の情報は個人と結び付いていないため、ご依頼の際にデバイス上での確認手順をご案内することがあります。

6. 児童

本アプリは個人を識別できる情報を受け取らず、14歳未満の児童の個人情報を別途収集することはありません。

7. 安全管理のための措置

• デバイス内の元データのファイルはiOSのデータ保護によって暗号化され、設定はキーチェーンに保管されます。
• サーバーとの通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）され、Apple App Attestによって正規の本アプリからのリクエストのみを受け付けます。
• ダウンロードするコンテンツは、当社の電子署名を確認した後にのみ使用します。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページと本アプリのアップデート案内でお知らせします。

10. 米国にお住まいの方への追加情報

• 当社は個人情報を販売せず、ターゲティング広告のために共有することもありません。
• カリフォルニア州をはじめとする米国各州の個人情報保護法に基づき、お客様は当社が処理する情報を知る権利、訂正・削除を求める権利を有し、権利の行使を理由に差別されることはありません。ご請求は support@sceneline.app までお送りください。
• 本アプリはお客様を追跡しないため、ブラウザや端末のトラッキング拒否（Do Not Track）信号にかかわらず同じように動作します。
• 本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としておらず、13歳未満の児童の個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。保護者からご連絡があれば、該当する情報を遅滞なく削除します。

11. 日本にお住まいの方への追加情報

• 利用目的は第2項に記載のとおりです。
• 外国にある第三者（処理の委託先）：Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）。米国の個人情報保護制度については、個人情報保護委員会が公表している情報（ppc.go.jp）をご確認ください。当社は Cloudflare との契約により、委託目的以外での利用を禁止しています。
• 当社はお客様個人を識別できる情報を保有していないため、通常、個人情報保護法上の「保有個人データ」に該当する情報はありません。それでも開示・訂正・利用停止等のご請求があれば法令に従って対応し、手数料はいただきません。
• 安全管理措置は第7項、お問い合わせ窓口は第8項のとおりです。
